Special Collections and Archives

The Special Collections and Archives (SCA) division of Coates Library collects, organizes, preserves, and makes available rare books, manuscripts, other special collections, and archival material to the Trinity community and researchers at large. SCA documents the history of Trinity University and plays a central role in managing its institutional records.

This LibGuide provides tutorials for using Special Collections & Archives resources, frequently requested information about Trinity University's history, and topical guides to materials in SCA. The Special Collections & Archives reading room is currently closed. To schedule an appointment to use material in our holdings, please email archives@trinity.edu.
