Activation Instructions for Online Newspapers

Access to the Chronicle of Higher Ed, Economist.com, FT.com and NYTimes.com

Access to Financial Times

The Coates Library at Trinity University provides users with access to the Financial Times of London online  (FT.com) articles and tools. New users will need to register for an account with your trinity.edu email address. Once activated users can then access FT.com from any computer, tablet and mobile device, as well as setup any personalization features such as myFT. Access is available to faculty, staff, and current students.​

Create an Account 

  1. Visit FT activation link
  2. Complete the registration fields. Be sure to use your Trinity.edu email address.
  3. Go to www.ft.com and click on "sign in" (screen upper right) to test your access.

Once activated, you will have access to FT.com from any location

Smartphone Apps

FT.com apps are available for iOS and Android in their respective app stores. Please go to apps.ft.com for more information and to download.
