Join by clicking on the Google Apps icon (the 9 dotted "waffle") in the upper righthand corner of your Gmail account. Select the Groups icon. Type "Tiger Talk" in the search bar at the top of the page. Users have the option of each email, digest, or abridged in the dropdown subscription menu.
