Library Mapping Resources

  • ArcGIS
Trinity University has an ESRI educational site license, and ArcGIS is installed on all library and lab computers. Student personal licenses are available upon request. ArcGIS Online, ESRI's cloud-based GIS service, is also part of the Trinity site license, with limited availability for classroom and research applications.

To access ArcGIS remotely, you can use Trinity's VDI Access using your TU Network credentials. All of the GIS software is available using this option. Just be sure to save any of your documents to either your network storage drive or Google Drive as none of your work is saved once you log out of your session. For more information, please consult the information page about Trinity's VDI Access.
