- Dryad Digital RepositoryAn international repository of data underlying peer-reviewed articles in the basic and applied biosciences.
- ICPSR Data RepositoryThe Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research data repository.
- National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI)Has a number of repositories for depositing data including sequencing data, microarray data, bioassay data, chemical substance information, and human clinical data.
