4th floor, the top floor: he top floor of the library is the 4th floor and we have:

  • Group study rooms
  • Group study spaces
  • moveable whiteboards
  • Books: call numbers 
  • open-air patio and seating

Main Entrance, 3rd Floor

3rd Floor, the main floor & Starbucks: this is the main entrance & we have: 

  • Starbucks
  • The library service desk (where you check out materials)
  • Two public computers to search the catalog
  • The technology commons: 15 PCs, 12 Macs, 3 Canon scanners. These are first come, first serve. Students log in. 
  • A printing kiosk
  • Book scanner
  • A ITS help desk
  • Reference books
  • Print journals

Other offices:

  • Academic Advising
  • Tiger Learning Commons: tutoring, coaching, writing center, accessibility services, and more
  • The Collaborative for Teaching and Learning

Spaces:

  • Study tables and chairs

  • Gender-neutral bathroom

2nd Floor

2nd Floor, the quiet floor

The 2nd floor is our designated quiet space. We have:

  • The Reading Room: this is for our Special Collections and Archives
  • Book stacks: A through L
  • Reading area: there are several long tables for studying quietly
  • Children and teen materials
  • Women's Resource Center: tables, chairs, and print materials related to women's issues
  • Flexible seating and furniture

1st Floor, the bottom floor

Resource Management Team

  • The bottom floor of the library is largely where we process our materials in the Resource Management space.
