Welcome to your research guide for Professor John Hermann's Constitutional Law course.
This guide is intended to help you navigate and find information for your second paper assignment. To successfully complete this paper, you will need to use both print and electronic resources.
You will need to find biographical information about your selected Supreme Court Justice, cases and decisions, and draw analytical conclusions about the connections between what you know about the Justice and his/her opinions on a specific issue.
This paper will be challenging, and, I hope, rewarding, too. Please do not hesitate to stop by or make an appointment to speak with me about your research. I am here to help you!
