• Begin by reviewing the course reading in your chosen theories.
• Look for sources  that apply your theory(s) to a television program.
• Don't worry about not finding sources that discuss your particular show--this is common, and shows of a similar genre are close enough. 
• Always use the bibliographies of good sources to lead you to more good sources.
