Ebooks Guide

 

We have access to ebooks from EBSCO through individually purchased titles and these collections:

EBSCO Academic Collection: subscription package with over 200,000 titles in all disciplines, most published since 1990. Unlimited simultaneous users.

Ebooks on EBSCOhost (Netlibrary): over 15,000 purchased older titles. One simultaneous user.

 

We also purchase ebooks individually from EBSCO. The number of users on these titles varies. Notes in the catalog records and the ebook landing page will display use limitations.

 

Downloads:  Downloads are available for books with more than one simultaneous user. Users must create a MyEBSCOhost account to download books, and may need to use Adobe Digital Editions software. Books may be downloaded for up to 7 days. 

 

Printing: Varies by titles; up to 100 pages at a time.

To get the best use out of the EBSCO eBook Academic Collection users will want to create an account and sign in. Once an account has been created, users can download an eBook and read offline.
